Hypnosis has been demonstrated in numerous studies and scientific research worldwide for decades as an effective treatment for a wide range of issues. Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxed awareness. You will be physically relaxed but mentally alert. In this state, your subconscious mind is most receptive to hypnotic suggestion, to help you take control and make fast, lasting positive change.

My desire to offer the best possible treatment solution to each client, and as all people respond different, I design tailored sessions that can include Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming coaching, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and occasional support including EFT and TRE. Depending on your problem, I combine these advanced techniques into a custom treatment protocol for you.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Combining CBT with hypnosis, this cutting edge technique helps you to change the way you think and behave. By separating yourself from your thoughts and emotions, you’ll find it easier to transition out of a “stuck” mentality and into a more resourceful state of mind.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Neuro-Linguistic Programming can help eliminate inner conflict, limiting beliefs and unhelpful emotions by reframing the way you experience the world. Each of us has a unique filter through which we view ourselves and those around us, which is why we may all respond differently to the same scenario. By becoming aware of this process, you have the power to take control of your thoughts and behaviours so that positive changes can be made more quickly.

IFS Coaching
This is a highly specialised evidenced-based therapy model, that is distinguished from all other forms of therapy by its unique perspective that our minds are made of many parts. Rather than focusing on the problem itself, IFS seeks to find the part of you responsible for the problem, help and then correct the root cause behind it so that the symptoms can be disposed of completely and permanently. After all, if this part has gone to all this effort to create and maintain an undesirable behaviour, emotion, symptom or issue, then it must have a reason why. If this is not understood, the symptom could return or possibly manifest itself in some other way. IFS is a paradigm shifting process that is a simple way to explore why your problem exists, see it as a separate part, helping you to help it, let go and move on.

Somatic Hypnotherapy, EFT & TRE
Some clients respond really well to incorporating movement and body-first techniques into our sessions. If that is you, I can tailor our sessions to include somatic hypnotherapy and as a trained and certified TRE (Tension release exercises) instructor I can help you quickly and efficiently get relief from muscular tension and pain.

Which technique works best?
Despite what others might have you believe, there’s no superior therapeutic technique or silver-bullet cure. My method is as unique as you are, and my experience and intuition helps me find the best fit for your individual goals to help you achieve success in the shortest time possible.
